Do you have the HEART to serve others?
What do we look for in the people that want to volunteer for Hands of Hope? 
We look for people that have enough humility to be willing to stand in line with the participants to get a first hand experience of our program.
Once they have experienced the program from a participants point of view, and grasp what the $5 Shared Maintenance Fee is all about, then they are invited to attend on a Friday evening to learn how we prepare for Saturday's event.
After completing a Friday night, we work with the volunteer to determine where they best fit into the operation, and then get them involved there.
Volunteers need to understand that the participants have the highest priority when we are open to serve them - without the participants, we do not exist!
